Archivos "faltantes" en la unidad USB externa en Linux mint 17.3

Tengo una unidad USB de 500 GB montada como HPFS / NTFS y al copyr files en la unidad, el process de copydo falló repentinamente. Después de desmontar, desenchufar y reiniciar la copy funciona bien de nuevo, pero ya no se puede acceder a los files en una carpeta:

ls: reading directory .: Input/output error 

otras carpetas funcionan bien. badblocks no encontró errores en el disco duro externo:

mount lee que fuseblk se usa para montar la unidad, es decir, se usa ntfs-3g.

El error probablemente dejó la información a medio completar para ese directory en el disco. Eso no es arreglado automáticamente.

Al less debería ejecutar un ntfsfix en el disco

 sudo ntfsfix /dev/<your_usb_drive> 

ntfsfix viene con el package ntfs-3g (instalar con sudo apt-get install ntfs-3g )
